Habazie's Terms & Conditions — everything in plain language

By registering on Habazie or using the website, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any clause, please refrain from using Habazie.

These terms serve as a legal agreement between the Habazie platform and its users. They apply to all use of the service, whether through the website, mobile version, or any other medium.

To open an account on Habazie, the following conditions must all be met. Each one is mandatory:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Failure to verify your age will result in account termination.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same household or device, all accounts will be suspended.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• Password Security: It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Habazie will not be held liable for any consequences arising from sharing your password with others.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must verify your identity using a national ID card or passport.

Once registration is complete, all Habazie services are available to you. However, withdrawal limits may apply until verification is finalized.

All financial transactions on Habazie are processed via mobile banking and bank transfer. The following policies apply to ensure fast and secure transactions.

• The same mobile number or bank account must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be forfeited.
• Before making a withdrawal, your account balance must be wagered at least once equal to the deposit amount (for first-time withdrawals).
• If a deposit occurs due to a technical error, Habazie reserves the right to refund that amount.

Habazie regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promo page.

• Wagering requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. This condition is stated separately for each offer.
• Bonus validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. You must complete or cancel an existing bonus before activating a new one.
• Misuse: If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account permanently closed.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or Sports Betting markets. Please read the details of each offer carefully.

Habazie reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. However, members will be notified in advance of any changes to an ongoing bonus.

Both Sports Betting and casino games on Habazie are subject to a set of general rules, which are enforced to ensure a fair playing environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please think carefully before confirming any bet.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. Bets placed during an odds change may be accepted at the new odds or voided.
• If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded. However, a separate policy applies if the cancellation occurs after the match has begun.
• Habazie reserves the right to suspend or void any bet deemed suspicious.
• Each game or event has a maximum bet limit, which is displayed on the relevant page.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Habazie. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus hunting or bonus abuse: creating an account solely to claim bonuses.
• Attempting to hack accounts or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.

Habazie may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of incorrect information.
• Where signs of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon a self-exclusion request (voluntarily requesting account closure).

To close your account, email Habazie support. Your request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

Habazie takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Information provided at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.

• Your information will never be sold to any third party.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
• We may be required to share information with authorities for legal reasons.

Habazie accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence, such as password exposure or account compromise.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.).

However, any loss caused by Habazie's own error or negligence will be properly addressed and resolved.

Habazie reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of Habazie after any changes takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
